The products we use to disinfect and protect are all listed by the EPA as approved disinfectants for SARS-CoV-2, the cause of COVID-19.
Is the process safe for pets?
Is the process safe for homes with small children?
The disinfectant becomes inert once dry, usually in about 10 minutes, and will not pose harmful effects to children or adults.
How long does the process take?
The average residence will typically take between 45 minutes to an hour-and-a-half. Commercial properties will depend on size and complexity of business environment being disinfected.
How long does the BioProtect last?
When our process is complete, your home or business will be disinfected and protected. Our product is a protective layering that lasts up to 90 days against viruses including covid 19.
How frequently can I have the service performed?
Homes and businesses can be disinfected once a day, every other day, weekly or monthly. Service interval depends on your needs. When adding BioProtect to your service, we recommend re-application every 4 to 6 weeks.
Will the process cause mold?
Our disinfectants are wet, a big reason why they are so effective in killing unwanted germs and bacteria. As the spray settles on surfaces they become damp. However, our disinfectants contain mildewstat, a chemical agent which inhibits the growth of mold and mildew.
How long until I can re-enter after service?
It is safe to re-enter home or business 2 hours after completion of disinfectant service.
What is the difference between fogging and atomizing?
Fogging is a process of spraying a mist in the air and over surfaces and relies on gravity to coat the surfaces with solution. This process can lead to inconsistent surface coverage allowing threats to stay alive. Our Atomizer process uses high pressure to break down our solution to 20 microns (1/5th the size of a human hair) and is applied directly to surfaces in an even coat giving you more peace of mind.
